After serving thousands of customers, The Monogram Divas is going through a transition period. Thank you for your patience and your support while we go through change of ownership and establish a new location. We will re-open August 1st, 2013. Unless specified, the correct way to enter your monogram is as follows: First Name initial, Last Name initial, Middle Name initial.***HOLIDAY ORDERS*** Because of the enormous volume of orders we receive during the holidays, please place your orders by December 10th, 2012 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this date will be processed promptly but we cannot guarantee they will be received before Christmas. We are doing everything humanly possible to process every order promptly; however, because we rely on many vendors, suppliers and shippers, we simply cannot guarantee that your orders placed after this date will be shipped for Christmas delivery. Expedited orders placed using Fedex Second Day, have to be received by December 11th, 2012 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. The Monogram Divas uses the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. Fedex Ground service is also used for larger packages. This ensures our customers a reliable and cost-effective way of shipping their orders. A tracking number, issued by the USPS or Fedex, will be sent with every order. Please note, neither The Monogram Divas, the Postal Service, or Fedex can guarantee a specific delivery date, UNLESS the expedited shipping option is chosen for your order.
We also offer shipping via Fedex for our expedited shipments. You may request Fedex 2nd Day Air, for an additional charge. ALWAYS include a physical address when placing your order.SHIPPING TIME:
The Monogram Divas keeps a large amount of products in stock at our premises. The remaining items we carry will ship directly from our distribution centers. Most items we carry will take between 1-2 weeks to ship out, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. This means we require 1-2 weeks to process your order BEFORE it ships out. Depending on your location, please add 1-5 days for the shipping carrier to deliver your package. During busy times of the year, it may take additional time to process your order. Personalized orders generally take a little longer to process, as each item is customized just for you. Please check the product description for availability.
While we strive to keep all items in stock, occasionally we sell out of certain items. If an item you order is either out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible via US Mail, telephone or email. If you wish NOT to have items back-ordered, please specify it in the comments section of your check-out page.
The vast majority of our items will be shipped without a signature required. If you wish to sign for your package when delivered, please specify it in the comments section of your check-out page. ***Unless specified, your order will be shipped WITHOUT a signature required on delivery.**
RUSH orders are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order. Please choose 2nd Day Shipping to ensure expedited delivery. Orders processed using 2nd Day Air, provided that the items ordered are in stock, will typically ship out within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt of the order.Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
UPS and Fedex are currently charging approximately $10 (or more) for address changes or corrections. We reserve the right to pass along the address correction fee to our customers.Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the Contiguous United StatesREFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. We pride ourselves in the quality of our merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or accept a return based on the following:
a. You contact us immediately, but no later than 3 days from receipt of your order, to obtain a Return Authorization number
b. You return the item(s) to us in perfect, unworn, unaltered condition AND in the original condition and packaging
c. You return the item(s) within 5 days from the day the Return Authorization was issued
Please be aware that returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet this criteria. For your protection, on return shipments, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or not delivered to us. Please be very careful when sending return shipments.
